$10 Not so much! It is looking good but is pretty fairly valued if not almost full valued.  PEA is still pretty early stuff got to get to PFS then FS.  Also, while the PEA is pretty robust as per margin you are looking at a NPV of 1.5 billion or so.  So the market cap is 1.2 billion!  Now anyone taking it over needs to pay that plus another 550 - 600 million so your costs ...more

That 550-600 million was cost to production in case anyone was wondering!
