Time to buy?

For the last 5 years the lowest daily price was 1.81 and for the last 3 years – 2.33. Let’s see how low it will go this time. It could be now very close to the bottom. Is it time to buy? 10 analysts say yes. (But they’ve been saying this at least for the last three months .)

It is an opportunity to buy, but maybe it will go lower as it has broken below the previous low points. Are there any technical analysis guys here? Gold also dropping which won't help the sp.
