I noticed it.  A good stream deal for P or new buyer means less profit for W maybe?  Maybe it means market sees W may possibly be worked over by other miners to renegotiate,  pressuring share price.    Other miners have paused and moved lower this last few days so maybe as you say it is just regular market action.
