RE:RE:TD UpdateIf it were not for the streaming deal there would be no issue with taxation. However with out that deal there may have been no Primero. In the end I am of the opinion that this issue will be resolved and in favour of Primero. As Primero have stated the courts will not back track on previous taxation rulling however it will be upsetting for the time being. I don't like the loss but it will be a chance to add over the next few weeks or days.
