Primero has no incentive to mine anything more than to keep the lights on. This has been apparent for over a year. Everything from miner strike, broken equptment and revaluing ore in the ground excuses. Its all a game imo to work the crowd.
Now W gets less silver, mexico gets less taxes and P suffers as well. But this is the place where an agreement can be made where everyone can go back to their bosses and say we won, I do not see this as the stage for a buyout but who knows. What I do think is P can keeps the light on and thats good enough for me for now. We will see.
