RE:PrimeroNot going to happen this week. Looks like the deal will get done around 2nd week in January. To get over 35 cents usd they will have to get 175 million for san dimas. I have no idea what they are going to get but I would think in the 150-175 million range which would put the shares between 25 and 35 cents usd.
