I don't think it's in the bank yet because it's a 3 way deal. Seller, Buyer, Wheaton. So it's not a strait deal and the levrage is in all directions, all 3 opposing parts. So they play each other and the public knows f all because each one of the three can f it up. If P is optemistic, W will not do concetions. It's like playing chicken with fast cars but it's a 3 way colision play.
