The only sure thing is that W made over $1 B profit in the recent years. They should be the very 1st to worry !!! owning mineral rights does not converts them into cash without a minning operation ! The whole thing can get tangles up and W is the 1st to loose ! So when you think about it, W is the first to worry about a deal!!!
