just in case you are unaware, it doesn’t have to be in an illegal form. 
Second, bite on my challenge. In bankrapcy, s/p goes to zero. So 0.095 or 0.08 s/p, it’s not a big deal. You can make up profits in volumes rather then s/p. Go ahead and short a possition. 
just disclosing- I’m long big time. Under a need to report but enough. Let’s say well over 1 m shares.
Short a million or two shares at 0.08 since you are so sure. Let’s make it interesting.
