Joe454 - I had to get a Stockhouse account just to respond to your inaccuracies. Your last post stated:

 

PCE market cap = 145m , Debt = 215

SGL market cap = 309 , Debt = 180

 

The SGL debt number is very incorrect. Debt levels at SGL will be $277 million according to the pro forma numbers in the circular (about $100 million more than your number). Charger brings a disproportionately high level of debt to the deal, and there are about $25 million in deal costs. It looks to me like the only reason AvenEx was brought into this deal was their clean balance sheet. Without them, the debt to equity ratios would be horrible.
