Welcome aboard Picker41. 

You'll have to take a lot of what Joe454 et al says with a grain of salt. Reading through the last couple of months of posts on PCE & AVF bullboards you'll soon learn who are the pumpers and  dumpers and who is open minder and who is not.  I sold my Pace shares at a profit but am still holding my AvenEx shares (big loss) and I'm still undecided on how I will vote.
