Net asset value

It is good to see on their recent presentation that they still believe they have $16.00 per share in asset value.  We are noe very close to 1XCF.  I wonder what the market movers see?

NAV at present Alberta prices for oil and gas is probably down to the $10 - 11 range, but, as noted previously, if the cash flow for 2012 falls to the 80-85 million range, this means PCE is approaching a CF/Share ratio of 1:1. PCE is extremely oversold on both counts, IMHO. The insurance cost of the leak will be ?$100,000 deductable, and there was no loss of production. The company is in very ...more

so am i missing something? 100mill cap. 12,000 BOE (mix of oil/ngl's and gas) so essentially trading at 8,000 a flowing boe? debt also in check.  sharebuyback. what am i missing?

        Yes, you are missing something.  Production is 14,000 BOE 50% oil and liquids.           You must add on the debt to the markey cap. so (100 + 220)/14 = 22,800 per Flowing BOE.          Which is still quite cheap.           What is more remarkable is the value that is placed on the 68M BOE ...more
