I agree that AVF is a pile of dog dung, and there is no way I am agreeing to this merger.

PCE's share price will go back up if we reject this offer, just like STO did when they fought off the PRY takeover attempt.

AVF sold their best asset, and we get stuck with the garbage.

Vote NO!
