PACE shareholders ....

No body seems to talk about what if this merger doesn't hhappen 

Can Pace back on the same levels ? Other things to look into:: change of management 

staff morals.. keep up with daily challenges? Market repute as a corp  ?

what else can go wrong? PACE had tried few times to merge n sell past couple of years?

will they get same value and dollars in the future or this "NO" will hurt their image as an entity?

think about these and let us know .. ALL THOSE "no" voting people ... Or is it just a circus and herd of sheep following the loudest ""BAAH...BAA" sheep..,,,

where do we see PACE in 2013 after a NO vote win ??? Hmmm......

Why vote 'No' to this deal? 1} As noted in previous posts, the deal smells of insiders paying themselves 15,000,000 2.5 years ago during the creation of Pace possibly in exchange for a wink and a nod to later pay off others in the original deal a similar though only slightly less outlandish separation package of 5,300,000 which is now on the table (and has been duly voted down by ...more

Exellent analysis Echo, I agree wholeheartedly and have voted accordingly.  I am not about to change my vote to a yes and hope others stand fast.

Great summary echo and some of the fact you presented are possibly close to the truth however, Point 1  Severance packages are pretty standard for the oil and gas business with the surviving management awarded no severance while the leaving management team getting their contact settlements. The fact that three years ago the Charger (Provident guys) got their severance while the Midnight (Pace ...more

Thanks for your thoughts, OILANDGAS. Though I remain extremely suspicious regarding the management of Pace and Charger's musical chairs and shady insider deals here, were managements to change the deal to better represent the value in Pace to at least 1.55 shares of Spyglass and Charger's value reduced by a commensurate amount, or less than 50% of the planned arrangement, with minor ...more
