has  been  Lead  Director   of  Pace  all  along   so  how  he  can  be  part  of  the new  management  team   when  he  has  been  part  of  the  old   all  along.?  One  reason  for  the merger is  that  because  of  poor  share  performance   the  stock  options   of   the  3  companies held  by  executives  and  directors  are   now  WORTHLESS !      One  can   be  sure  that  the  first  thing  on  the  agenda  if  Spyglass  ever  came  into  being ( it  won't)   will   be  to   roll   out   a  new  option   plan   at   today's  low  prices .

Thanks Penny D - I appreciate your frank, credible, and insightful posts.   You call it the way it is with no sugar coating.   Through yourself, Echo 2, Deisman, and Kherson I have learnt a lot about these companies and the way execs behave in this sector of the market.  Stuff I should probably have researched a little more myself.
