OR  could  it  be  proxy solcitor  Wes  Hall  president  of  Kingsdale  Services  Inc.   whose  firm  will  receive  a  hefty  bonus  should  the  vote  be  favourable  ?  One  can  be  sure  there  is  more  at  stake  than  being  a  lowly  shareholder .
