When TEC cut this deal, they would make out like bandits if the LNG project went through. But they had to have known that if it did not- it was questionable how much of their loan they could recover.

Not all markets turn bear at the same time. Natural gas was bear for the last 6-7 years while tech was bull. Now it looks like they've traded places. I don't see our natural gas supply woes
