Couldn't agree more. I think the word should definately get out about NOT doing business in Quebec...or at least any large investment from outside the province should go ANYWHERE else....its just too difficult with all the regulations and power in the hands of all the wrong people. People inside Quebec can invest in this horrible beuracracy but anyone from outside the province should STAY AWAY!!! You can't make money when your hands are handcuffed behind your back. Quebec is bad business....Quebecs future is very bleak. When you don't learn from your mistakes you are destined to repeat them. That is the reality Quebec is in now...no jobs, no revenue, no future...simple as that.
