As I stated a few days ago...my source said this would happen and more good news to come as the PQ will outline further steps to enhance the oil sector development in the Gaspe and Anticosti Island.

 

This is the beginning of a positive turnaround. Who knows...maybe some common sense is prevailing...imagine that !!
