RE:RE:Natural Gas SAVED Texas & The Media Are SCUMBAG LIARS !!!I think a few things have been forgotten, first and foremost is that when the cold weather hit the electricty demand shot up enormously due to increased heating demand that was related to space heating  and heat pump loads. The system seemed to be designed to be capable of fully replacing wind power  prior to the load demand increase. ADD in the nuke problems and well freeze offs (a lot of their nat gas probably comes as associated gas )  and we see the result.
One question that needs to be asked is whether during the crisis they were still flowing nat gas out of the state chasing higher  net backs elsewhere.  I think the real answer  may lie therein !!
