Hey Stockmarket1,
I am not sure trying to time purchasing or selling the stock solely based on dividend payout dates is a wise gameplan. I could argue if you purchased the stock beforehand, you would have the stock price change in your bank account....the dividend itself!!
I know there are entire websites and people that buy/sell on these dates.... but all it takes is one bad or good day due to an outside factor and that theory falls apart.

Buy Peyto for long term reasons.... or sell it it for long term reasons.
