RE:RE:RE:It's a bit early to call this but....That is not at all what the supreme court ruling said. It only provides immunity to the president for official presidential business.
It does not give blanket immunity for things outside the presidents normal course of action.
Can the president be tried for murder for ordering a strike in Syria? No.
Can the president be found criminal liable for abusing his powers and selling influence? Yes.
Can the president take out political opponents? No....
This was all very clear in the Supreme court decision. This chnges absolutely nothing. Trump just asked for his Judge to consider this ruling in his sentencing case to see if it impacts it at all. The media and the action online is absolutely mind boggling how uninformed on the law some people are.
