Lazy, I was the first one that brought this up, on Oct.1st the price was hovering at $6.50 most of the day with hardly any volume, then all of a sudden the last hour it dipped down to 6.38 with huge volume. Half an hour after the bell, the news release, then a $6 opening the next morning. 

Looks like someone had a hold of info from the news release to make this sudden sell, and save themselves a $2400 loss, if they wanted to sell it a day later. Wether the amount is so small to make a fuss, is another story, but it looks suspicious.
