Friday's takeover of GWY by private AUX is a good template for how to get things done. Shareholder's are rewarded with a fat cash offer + two spinoff-Newco's that are fully funded. One of the Newco's has 3 drills currently turning with a potential 1 Million oz high grade resource already in hand.....nice deal for shareholder's!
