Seems directed to any and all US directors/employees within Photon Control. That is my read after going over it on Sedar. maybe others have a better take.
Was not planning on reading tonight but it was all good in the end...made me look at the board a bit more closely...reading up on Ms.Klein bio has made me think about a different tact here...all for the good for sure. Her past connections to AMAT can only be considered very,very positive for the company in general and all its shareholders.
****I see last yr they only cancelled around 549K shares of their announced buy-back of over 5M...I understand the metrics of a low share count and EPS but a small dividend never hurts shareholders if they are throwing off cash...just some thoughts/opinion. Good trading and GLTA
