e.g.
June 11, 2020 - Trive bids $2.15 for Seven Aces
July 30, 2020 - Trive increases bid to $2.77

As for a likely outcome, we put the odds of a higher bid from MKS at about 50%, the odds of a new bidder at about 20% and the odds of a failed bid at 25% (ie. shareholders vote note and MKS does not increase the offer). In general, it takes several weeks for a new bidder to emerge. If this doesn't occur, a higher bid from the existing buyer typically waits until very close to the expiry date to allow for negotiations with large shareholders to proceed.

More input provided by 5iResearch in response to a barrage of questions. So it's time to relax and wait for events to unfold. GLTA
