The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

My first post
Thank you for all your thoughts and comments over the years along with Muffin,Robinson, Blackwood,Iscfa,Treehill and others.My first computer and Photon purchases go back to 2014
and I've followed this board since + reading all pre-2014 posts. Averaging up - all the way to $2.50. and have been through the ups and downs with all you. Yes,I believe this company is on the cusp of tremendous growth , are 2022 sales of $100M out of line? New ISO facility in Richmond working at 1/2 capacity. And all the other ducks they've set up just ready to go, worldwide.
The bare minimum for a NO vote to begin to have any weight is 35,000,000 Shares
Perhaps knowing where we stand as a group will be a strength on our part. If there is a retail/independant Photon shareholder group count me in.
