seen this dance before, for no reason stock jumps 5 per cent to over 7 bucks when its nav is less than 5.
financing within a few days is usually how this works. anyways I was happy to sell everything today as after financing knocks price down will get chance to reenter
almost 50 days before its goes ex distribution.
you can make good money here you just can't be a hero and when the nav is 4.74 and the price is 7 plus something is amiss
