Capital Gains Dividends

I have held PIC.A for many years.

At year end you get info on dividends and return on investment for tax purposes.

This year my info given was return on investment and capital gains dividends.

I have never heard of "capital gains dividends" let alone received any before.
I have not had any luck finding out any info on this. I have found info on Capital Dividends but I am pretty sure thats not it.

I have not kept up but I am pretty sure that I have enough ROI over the years to bring my price down to zero. Maybe this has something to do with that?

Or did PIC.A make some changes this past year?

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
