RE: Fears.... have none....
Just for the record, I'd say not having some fears would be rather foolish. The market may be quite unpredictable over the coming months, and if the last down turn is an example - polaris was not where investors flocked to. Ram is still seen more as a 'green energy company' rather than a utility for better or worse. A utility like Fortis with annual financial statements and annual dividends stretching back 37 years is the type of utility that the fearful run to.
Ram is still shrouded in in some mystery and it will be a little while yet before we have full information on how they will to replicate the growth that was achieved at Ormat.
That said, the management team appears very strong. The driving force of the oft mentioned Rick Rules is very reassuring. And the political environment with regards to green energy makes it an idea time.... A full ram power financial statement to make an analysis seems like a something that would help a lot.
About the US exchange... I have no idea. I know I can trade any US and Canadian exchange easy as pie from my online investing account. Wasn't a problem with the broker either. There is more than one way to skin a cat as they say...
Anyways, there is great potential here. I'm just hoping that the energies that we are not seeing on flashy publicity ect are being put into getting these power plants up and running asap, and financing in place, not to mention the drills turning... The new geothermal reporting rules should help some in making it easier to evaluate the sector also.
I recognize there is some risk here for sure, but I'm expecting a premium for it! And someday down the line I imagine the day when I'll see Ram dividends.
