looking for an entry point

looking for an entry pointThis used to be one of my core holdings , entered below $10 enjoyed many years of dividends sold north of $21, I believe for longer term holders that point is now , would help if Marc would implement his long promised dividend increase , plenty of cash in balance sheet. will be in market over next month hope to average something around $14.
