Pure "green plays" due to massive money flows responding to goverment mandates and social licensing are causing green power plays to rerate , demand for quality names exponential would expect PIF to double its former multiple , implying a price close to thirty,,, add on a potential deal and better financing could see mid thirties , obvious Algo at work accumulating on a VWAP basis hence the big bids at end of day.
The same applies for higher quality names which means they can afford to bid higher for smaller players if acquired it will go for north of 40 IMHO. Be smart are do your own research do not depend on opinions on this board.
