RE:RE:Black Swan EventI have owned this stock,(in two different accounts), for about 10 years. Originally, I bought in low teens, around 2010, and then, mid-teens, a couple of years later. It didn't really take off until about 2018, when it went from the upper teens, to over 40 bucks. Over the years, it has always paid a nice dividend. I also liked it much better, when it was paid monthly. That said, they have made numerous substantial acquisitions since 2018 and are going through some "digestion" issues. I am confident that these issues are now behind them. They have stated their intention to slow down on deals and focus on bringing their debt down. Their cash flow and profitability will allow them to de-lever rather quickly, and then resume their growth and market consolidation. I believe that the International consildation of SOL, and the closing of the Husky and Crevier deals, will give them the increased cash that they needed. In addition, their stores with M&M included, have also outperformed, so as they keep adding these food options, the profitability per location will improve a lot.
