Parkland is underperforming

Sad to see what is happening to PKI.  The company is underperforming.  Simpson Oil isn't exerting enough pressure on mgt.

I'd like to know what Simpsons real issues are, But what I do suspect is someone wants the refinery bad and is pushing hard on prying it loose.
