Re Peter in VancouverIf you are to believe the updates from Ray, Peter is in Vancouver for on-going, if not final, negotiations with a firm that has business interests in China that would see Peter's organization complement their business practices. From what little I know the negotiations have been going along for over 6 weeks and it would involve a purchase with substantial number of shares.
Ray has been stating (and by the way he has always accepted my call and shared whatevere he knows) that Peter wants to get the deal done, re-list the stock, and have the deal announcement deliver some "pop". From other posts it seems like the target partner may be reluctant to accept shares of a company that has not traded. (go figure that eh?, millions of shares of a company that has not traded for 2+ years is worth 0!!) Why would anyone sell?
That's all I know. Ray has not met with Peter in the last day or so but says he expects to meet with him before Peter goes back to China. I will not be calling Ray for at least a week so if anyone wants to give him a call friday for an update I would love to see the post on the weekend.
