Go to SEDI.ca then click on "Access Public Filings" (top right) then select "View Summary Reports" from menu at left.  For individual companies, select the "Insider transaction detail" radio button and click on the "NEXT" button.  This will bring up a new page where the search type can be selected.  Choose "Issuer name" from the first drop down box and enter "Parallel" as the name.  On the "Identify data range" select "Date of transaction" and then select the start and end months and years and then hit the enter key on your keyboard to initiate the search.  This will bring up all companies that start with "Parallel".  This will bring up a list of companies that start with "Parallel".  Click on the "View" next to Parallel Energy Trust to download a PDF file of all insider trading for the selected date range.

This is a very valuable site as all Canadian listed companies have to list there insider trades here within a few days of the trade; and it's free.
