I actually agree with you.  I am saying for long time now,  that the next 2 years are not a time that PLT can "afford"  distribution payments.
The main objective should be preparing the Balance sheet to posible credit line cuts (due to reduced reserves valuation)  and the debentures payment scheduled to 6/2017
The current stock price is so low that I do not see it going much lower and frankly , I do  not care much if it does,  so the time is perfect to perform actions to keep this company alive.
