Not sure why this is the only REIT surging despite the reit sell off past few days....maybe something in the works. Either way for a highly levered fellow like myself didnt want to leave things to chance.  Hopefully I can get back in at $4.50.

New   issue   will   need   a clean   up   trade     4.50?    so   that  will   be  your   chance  .

Still overprices relative to other reits....PLZ is good dont get me wrong but $4.30 seems a bit better given how most reits are tanking
