Huge spread on bid/ask on PME

I see now the bid at 1.79 and the ask at 1.90...
very thinly traded of late, and it is obvious not a lot of PME longs want to sell any. Only 1000 on the aks at 1.90... which is about where the NAV is right now.
Big move today from TMR , up over 40%... and that one is about 4% of the NAV...
