RE: clayton buys 1/2 million sharesMaybe he's trying to corner the market LOL.. JK... OR maybe he wants to take it private... at these prices the assets are definitely undervalued... BUT IF you put the share price in context with the debt then I would suggest the shares sit at fair value... MY guess at the next move is some sort of offer BY the board to replace the current paper (Debs) with new paper that reflects the current reality...  the old paper was issued with the assumption that NG was going to be "King" for the forseable future...at the moment that "Coronation" is at least 3 years out... where does that leave the bag holders of  the earliest debentures?

IF that IS the direction it would seem that Mr. Riddel stands to make out just fine with his recent "double down" ( recent Debenture and share purchases)
