OF course MY speculation would lean towards cleaning up the balance sheet and high grading the upside of the exisiting assets... I'm on record suggesting that PMT is one of the plums in the M&A basket this autumn harvest season... Mr. Riddel's current spending habits can be interpreted such that he might be hedging a bet in that direction as well... oF course it JUST might be his way of supporting managment...
either way it's just reading the tea leaves for lack of something better to do at the moment.
