Nice summary Hugo... BUT in the case of PMT "going there" I would offer a bit of history... a company called Blackrock (sold to Royal Dutch) had a cold flow program... that had some success... OF course..Shell.. being Shell.. Bought up the land... then paid HUGE ($600MM) for sands exploration licenses...Shell then slipped between the sheets with a few small tech companies (PBG, and a predecessor to SNV) to see if there was a techno-key to unlock "carbonite" sands... eventually... Shell (just last year) let those exploration licenses go... during that same period ... they sold back their interest in PBG's THAI pilot... and never went anywhere with SNV's Sound generator technology... leaving ME to believe... that IF a company like SHELL is willing to "donate" that kind of cash... then ... those sands are probably NOT all that economic... at least NOT at this time...with today's technology... BUT whatever...

That is JUST my opinion... do as you choose...
