RE:RE:Hope there is a plan?I have delved into your comments further and i don't see where the Alberta Court of Appeal reversed the origional decision. When i looked up the Sequolia Litigation it shows that Perpertual won the case. It also shows that PWC have appealed that decision, which is their perogative, and everyone expected that to happen. The court of Appeal has accepted the appeal, but instead of hearing verbal arguements, they are requesting only written arguments so this does not end up in a pis-ing match. As you can see the stock is moving up, somewhat cautiously as the company feels they are in the driver's seat so to speak. The Appeal is to be heard Feburary 10th 2022, so we have another year to wait for the final, final decision.
