I don't think it is going to be swallowed up into TOU. I have followed this stock since it was over $9.00 15 years ago. If they were going to buy it up they wouldn't have spent all that money to reorganize and spin off Rubellite into a separate company. The way natural gas has been climbing over the past year [500%+] PMT is much more valuable to the family as a stand alone enity. Also ...more

you re giving all the good reasons why TOU could be interested in buying PMT who also own 30% of RBY and is currently deeply undervalued. Not many investors know about PMT but surely, TOU's CEO knows a lot about PMT...

Certainly he.she knows about PMT, they are all in the Rose family. Like I said why would they go to all the trouble of spinning off Rubellite and incurring all that expense? I will tell you. By spinning of Rubellite and keeping a controlling interest in the company, the higher it goes in price the more wealth they create for themselves. you may be right after all. Your reasoning makes sense as the Rose family is the largest shareholder of both PMT and RBY l think. So growing the value of both companies independently benefits them a lot. I was positioning myself as a TOU shareholder which l am and it then make sense to buy PMT when its market value is still very low but its potential very significant.
