WHEN RATES GET TO 3.25%

Rates have never been that high in decades, let's see what bite that takes out of the already plummeting housing market and economy.   Anyone who thinks the fed isnt pausing and rates arent coming down after that is living in a fantasy world.   We may have one last buying opportunity in Sept to back up the truck!
