New slide deck on the corp prentation
Addressing the certus acquisition. Pretty impressive how quiet they kept this when obviously it was a multi part deal with the earlier disposal of plants and pipelines by Certus back in July.

a note on Certus when they sold off facilities in July
basically the author says certus only drilled 3 wells in the last few years. Consistent with the PNE model. Hardly any decline so they must be doing some active workover programs. https

IMO, PNE has their own model. Remain financially disciplined at all times, dont overextend yourself and dont borrow too much, pay the dividend religiously. It wont surprise me that they borrowed

My guess is PNE is going to pivot towards the "whitecap model" on the certus assets. What Whitecap does is they buy into a high quality oil and gas play...they then use CF from legacy

It would not be as internally accretive as bne wants. They want acreage nearer their facilities for that kind of money. PNE will just strip costs out because it is low decline production. Maybe
