Does  anyone  know    of  anything   management    has  done so  far    to  benefit shareholders  ?  I  didn't    thinkk  so.      As   they  are   on  record    as  saying   they  are  going  to buy  more  shares     in  a  private  placement   it  is  in  their  interest     to  have  the  share  price  as  low  as  possible     so   they  can  buy  cheap  shares  ------  well   below     NAV     .    To  that  extent  you  will    be  diluted       and  the  creeping   takeover  will    continue    .
