Canada's Potash Corp. to me..

would mean as much as the US permitting a sale of Exxon Mobil to a foreign entity.
Food prices are going through the roof, with or without a takeover, I believe Potash Corp.
will go no where but higher over the longer term. No one has yet mentioned BHP and their
land positions on highly prospective Potash areas in Canada. Hmm...
