Announce potential merger, big investors take notice, short the stock aggressively playing the technical chart, aquire a long term position before any confirmation of the resuts of the merger comes out.  Basically sucker all the smaller traders.  I don't see Potash falling further in 2017 as it's already showing stabalization.
