Capital pools will be formed looking for a place to store money, and the returns they are looking for will be low, my guess a 5 percent return in 2021 will seem like a good investment.
So with so many big development opportunities dripping from the vine, I think POU will figure out ways to attrack capital at very little cost, like don't they own the best assets on the planet. Ya...
